You’re not broken,
Your approach is
I work with high-performing professionals who’ve hit a wall — whether it’s pain getting in the way or progress stalling.
My approach identifies the gaps between where you are and where you want to be, then uncovers the blockers that have been holding you back.
By removing those obstacles, I help you clear the path — so you can move forward with confidence, without constantly tripping over the same frustrations.
Most approaches fail because
they don’t adapt to your feedback
“Bad” coaches provide a 12 week, generic, goal specific plans that aren’t personalized to your needs.
Even “good” coaches get stuck chasing perfection and promising a solution to fix the root cause of all your problems after one assessment.
They either:
Spend too long gathering information, trying to find the perfect starting point (analysis paralysis) before empowering your progress
Or assume they already know how your body will respond before they’ve even tested anything
Both approaches ignore how much uncertainty and uniqueness is involved in us as human beings.
Especially when pain is involved, there’s no certainty — only a hypothesis and a response. Like good communication, it has to work two ways. That’s why feedback matters more than theory. The smartest plan is the one that can evolve.
Personalization isn’t static.
It’s iterative.
“Find the hardest thing you do well that’s linked to your capacity shortfall and demand.” - Dr. Craig Liebenson
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a smart first step, and a system that learns and adapts over time.
We don’t need perfect. We need progress.
I use first-principles thinking and an iterative decision making model based upon the Scientific Method. It’s not just about what makes sense in theory — it’s about what your body confirms through experience. Even the best interventions are just educated guesses until they’re put to the test.
I use each assessment to gather information, form an initial hypothesis and then each training session is an experiment designed to test that hypothesis, measuring the impact through your body’s response.
This is what separates good plans from plans that actually work.
My Approach
My Story
I love to play outside like a large child, from rock climbing, handstands, to pick-up football. The activities I enjoy require a certain amount of physical ability and I’ve had times in my life where my ability to do those things have been taken away.
Living without those things was a big step down in quality of life. Since then it has been my mission to remove these barriers for myself and others so we can all pursue what we love without restriction or hesitation.
It’s more than getting out of pain.
It’s reclaiming what you thought you lost
Whether it’s hiking a mountain, playing with your kids, or just living without fear of injury — your body can support the life you want.
Most clients don’t just feel better. They start doing things they thought were behind them.
CLIENT SUCCESS STORY
Walter, age 56, came in looking to lose some weight. He fell off a ladder 20 years earlier and as a result lived with chronic pain in almost every joint on the right side of his body. Doing almost any physical activity didn’t feel great on his joints whether that was golf or playing with his grandkids. I performed his assessment, identified his gaps, and developed a personalized program to help close those gaps.
We did absolutely nothing special. There was no magic exercise or secret sauce. I gave him a well-balanced exercise program, personalized to his body’s unique needs and Walter’s was consistent in execution allowed him to close the gap on his biomarkers. Over his first 6 months he:
lost 18.5 lbs of fat
gained 2.4 lbs of muscle
Triglycerides went way down
right sided knee, hip, back, shoulder and elbow pain all slowly went away
He lived with this pain for 20 years and had accepted it as permanent after the accident. This was Walter’s epiphany that empowered him to take control over the second half of this life. He was 100% bought in. Over the next few years Walter became religious with his keeping up the habits he had made, letting nothing get in his way. He was performing turkish getups, kettlebell swings and even hiked Mount Everest. Looking at pictures of himself from before this change, he doesn’t even recognize that person he once was.
I can’t promise that you will have Walter’s results, however I can give you the blueprint that has led Walter and many others to see life changing results. Trust the process and reap the rewards.
