      • This is where we test my hypothesis through safe-to-fail experiments. It allows us to iterate faster and trouble shoot problems when you get experience the expected response.

  • Self-Guided Programs

    • If you want to train independently but still follow smart structure, these plug-and-play programs are built for you. Each is designed to build fitness, restore balance, and move you toward long-term progress. The adaptive part of the approach is more in your ownership, but I provide guidance in the programs.

  • Masterclasses

    • Want to go deep on something specific? These sessions are for you if you’re obsessed with movement skill — or want to master a tool like kettlebells.

    Animal Flow

    Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

    Handstands

    Learn everything about mastering the handstand from exercise progressions, as well as joint stacking, mobility, stabilization, strength and conditioning needed to execute it. I can accommodate all levels from total beginner through almost all 2 handed variation.

    Arm Balances

    Learn not only how to master a wide variety of arm balances, but also the joint stacking, mobility, stabilization, strength and conditioning needed to execute them.

  • Kettlebells

    Learn how to confidently use kettlebells for the basics, or how to master the advanced. Learn how to use kettlebells for hard style for power/strength, mobility or stability drills as well as more athletic styles.
